My order hasn't arrived! What do I do?

Please only contact us regarding missing orders if 30 days from the ship date have passed. From then, I will either file a claim with the shipping insurance company, issue a refund, and/or send a replacement at my discretion.

Why is there a popsicle stick in my order?

So that it doesn't bend in transit!

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 24hrs of placing it, UNLESS you have already received a shipping notification, in which case your order is already in transit.

I got my address wrong! Can you change it?

Yup! Send us an email including your name, order number, and correct address.

Can you combine orders?

No, multiple orders may not be combined. If you checked out in CAD, you may add to an existing order. Please email us including your name and order number if you'd like to do so!

Do you ship to the UK and EU?

At the moment, we ship lettermail-only to UK and EU countries. Therefore, only stickers can be shipped to those destinations at this time.

You don't ship to my country! :(

I'm sorry! Feel free to email us and we can see if your country can be added, and at what fee.

What type of sticker paper do you use?

All of our stickers are printed on premium matte sticker paper, unless otherwise indicated.

Do you accept custom orders?

No, at the moment we do not accept customer orders.
