Shipping policy

Please note that SHIP TIME is different from PROCESSING TIME. Processing time is how long it takes me to make and pack your order — currently about 2 weeks. The estimates below are transit time only, and start once your order ships.

CURRENT SHIP TIME ESTIMATES

Canada — Lettermail: 1–3 weeks. Tracked: 2–12 business days.

United States — Lettermail: 1–2 weeks. Tracked: 4–9 business days via USPS through Stallion Express.

UK — 6–9 business days, tracked and insured via PostNL through Stallion Express.

Australia — 6–9 business days, tracked and insured via PostNL through Stallion Express.

EU — 10–14 business days, tracked and insured via PostNL through Stallion Express.

Europe non-EU — 4–21 business days, tracked and insured via PostNL through Stallion Express.

Tariffs, duties and import fees: Despite our best efforts to stay on top of changing import rules, you may be charged additional fees on receipt.

US and international orders can be delayed at customs, so we can’t guarantee a delivery date. Ship times are also subject to holiday delays.

If your order ships on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will likely only start moving the following Monday.

Please only contact me about missing orders once 30 days from the ship date have passed. From then, I will either file a claim with the shipping insurance company, issue a refund, or send a replacement at my discretion.
