Shipping policy

*PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIP TIME IS DIFFERENT FROM PROCESSING TIME. Processing time can always be found in the top bar of The Sticker Party.*

CURRENT SHIP TIME ESTIMATIONS:

Canada: 1-3 weeks - shipped regular mail via Canada Post. ALLOW EXTRA TIME DURING STRIKES. 2-12 business days for tracked shipping via Intelcom, Uni Uni, or Canada Post.

US: 1-3 weeks - shipped tracked via USPS via Stallion Express.

UK: 6-9 business days. Shipped tracked and insured via PostNL via Stallion Express.

Australia: 6-9 business days. Shipped tracked and insured via PostNL via Stallion Express.

EU: 10-14 business days. Shipped tracked and insured via PostNL via Stallion Express.

Europe non-EU: 4-21 business days. Shipped tracked and insured via PostNL via Stallion Express.

Regarding tariffs, duties and other import fees: Despite our best efforts to stay abreast of the ever-changing import guidelines per country, customers may be charged additional fees upon receipt.

US and international orders could be susceptible to delays at customs, therefore we cannot absolutely guarantee a ship date. Ship times are also subject to delays during holiday periods.

If your order ships on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, chances are it will only get moving on the following Monday.

Please only contact me regarding missing orders if 30 days from the ship date have passed. (60 DAYS FOR CANADIAN LETTERMAIL DURING CANADA POST STRIKES) From then, I will either file a claim with the shipping insurance company, issue a refund, and/or send a replacement at my discretion.
