Welcome to SUNDAY STICKER CLUB, your go-to monthly subscription for colorful and fun sticker and stationery items. š«¶
Each month, you can expect to receive:
- 3-4 sticker sheets/stickers
- 1-3 premium planner accessories and stationery (can be washi tape, pins, pouches, pens, sticky notes, etc! Number of stationery items included depends on the value)
Depending on the month, we may have some fun collaborators featured! Once subscribed, you will also gain access to our exclusive Facebook community, where you can chat with other members, reply to polls, share your goodies, and more. š
Items in the subscription will be based on a different theme every month. Although the specific items in the subscription will largely remain a secret, you'll have an idea of the artwork and color palette beforehand. There may also be sneak peeks in the FB group!Ā
Subscription schedule (or see graphic):
- 1st of the month: subscription renews for active subscribers
- 1st of the month: subscription opens to new subscribers
- Subscription available until sold out
- Subscriptions ship on a rolling basis
- 25th: next month's theme reveal
- Last day of the month: last chance for active subscribers to cancel before renewals on the 1st. If not cancelling, active subscribers should make sure credit card info is up-to-date so as to not compromise their spot in the subscription.
FAQ
What happens if I don't receive my subscription?
Please ensure that ONE MONTH has elapsed from the shipping date before reaching out about missing subscriptions. At this point, you will be offered a refund or replacement, depending on product availability. If you have over 2 subscriptions that go missing, your subscription will be cancelled.
What happens if I want to cancel a subscription I've been charged for?
Unfortunately, you may not receive a refund for a subscription charge that has gone through. The cancellation will apply to the following month. You may cancel your subscription in your "manage subscription" portal once you subscribe.
Can I pause or skip a month and keep my spot in the subscription?
No. There will be a very limited number of spots available in the subscription each month. Therefore, subscribers will not be able to pause or skip. Should you no longer want to receive the Sunday Sticker Club, you always have the option to cancel before the last day of the month.
What if I need to edit my information? (Shipping address, card info)
You will have access to a "manage subscription" portal once you subscribe where you can make any changes to your information. Please make all changes before the last day of the month. If you're unable to do this in your customer portal, please email me and I can help you. (DO NOT send credit card details via email)
What if my card bounces?
If there's a payment failure, you will be able to adjust your card info. That being said, you may compromise your spot in the subscription as it will not be held for you after the 1st of the month.
